Raises Academy

Students who intend to enroll Raises Academy are encouraged to register and reserve before the enrollment period. Registration period usually starts by the month of January. A minimal amount of ₱500.00 for old and new students is collected as registration fee. The said Amount is a partial part of the tuition fee. Reservation / Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

On-campus enrolment procedure

• Secure registration form from the office
• Submit properly filled up form together with the requirements
• Pay the corresponding fee
• After enrollment, secure the following
  • List of Materials
  • Books and Notebooks

Option A - Online Enrollment

• Fill out the E-Form
• Pay the minimum amount
• Make the payment through our bank accounts​

Admission Requirements

• Form 138 (Card) from the previous school
• 1 X 1 Picture (2 pcs.)
• 1 Long Folder
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• E. Certification of Good Moral (No disciplinary records)
• F. Form 137 (Permanent Record) from the previous school
