YCA is a primary international school and welcomes admissions from prospective pupils ranging from 5 years old (Year 1) to 10 years old (Year 6).
Our Main Application period runs from 1 September to 31 October for Year 1 applications of the upcoming year. Applicants from the Main Application are assessed in November through a play-based activity format which is conducted in groups. Some applicants may be invited for a second interview for further observation. Normally, results are emailed to parents at the beginning of December.
Our General Application period is on-going throughout the year. Applicants for Year 2 to 6 will be invited for an assessment 2-3 weeks after the application is received. The results are emailed to parents 2-3 weeks after the final interview. The offer is only secured when the school receives the signed acceptance letter, together with the deposit payment.
