Enrolment Process

Start your child's registration by filling the Online form. Once you have submitted the necessary information, a member of our enrolment team will get in touch with you to proceed with your child's enrolment.

Student Registration

The Sharjah Private schools Association (SPEA) regulates all schools in Sharjah. . All children attending the school must be registered with via our school with SPEA. Our Registration office will manage this as part of each student’s enrolment.

For new applications we will require the following:

Documents for School Registration and SPEA Portal

• Sponsor’s Passport copy
• Sponsor’s Residence Visa copy
• Financial Clearance Letter from Previous School
• Sponsor’s Emirates ID copy
• Student’s Passport copy
• Attested Transfer Letter from Previous School
• Student’s Residence Visa copy
• Student’s Emirates ID copy
• Medical Information Form
• Contact Information Form
• Attested Previous school reports
• Immunization card
• Photography/Social Media Permission Form
