Step-wise Admission Process
VIBGYOR High Schools, Electronic City – Grade 1 to Grade XII
- Parents are welcome to walk-in and visit the Admissions Office during school operating hours or take an appointment with our Relationship Officer by Inquiring on the website.
- Once in school, parents have to fill the Inquiry Form - with basic details about the child and the parent.
- Our Relationship Officer will then meet the parents to assess their needs and address any of their queries .
- Post which the Relationship Officer will give the parents a guided tour of the discovery room and school so parents can get a complete understanding of the holistic approach adopted by VIBGYOR Group of Schools towards the learning and development of children across academics, sports and other activities.
- If a parent expresses an interest in closing the admission, the further steps include -
- Purchasing the admission kit and completing the registration process by paying a nominal fee;
- Filling the admission form in its entirety;
- Followed by an interaction with the child (Pre-Primary) or formal competency test (from Grade I onwards) post parental consent.
- Based on the test result, admission is only confirmed post the submission of the following documents-
- Copy of the Parent / Guardian’s PAN card
- Proof of Address
- Copy of Aadhar Card
- Photos of the child and Parent / Guardian
- Payment Cheque
Checklist of Required Documents
- Original previous year’s progress report/ Mark Sheet/results.
- Original transfer /migration /school leaving certificate from the previous school (Jr.Kg. onwards).
- Child’s birth certificate (attested photocopy).
- Aadhar card of the child and parents for Indian citizens (photocopy).
- Parents’ marriage certificate (photocopy)/ affidavit.
- Passport photocopy of child and parents for NRI’s and parents recently relocated to India.
- PIO/OCI in case the child is a Non-Indian citizen.
- Medical history form (duly filled & signed).
- Parental consent and indemnity agreement (duly filled & signed).
- Caste certificate to be provided (wherever applicable).
- Any pertinent information regarding participation in extra-curricular activities.
- Single parent to submit a copy of custody papers/ divorce papers/ death certificate whichever is applicable.
