Admission to LKG is done in April every Academic year. (Application Forms to LKG are issued ONLINE in the first week of January). UKG to STD X (LATERAL ENTRY) Admission to all other classes (UKG to Std 10) are closed.
Please submit a request letter stating the Standard for which admission is sought. If there is any vacancy arising out of the sudden and unforseen departure of any student, an opening for admission may be possible. We will inform you after 20 May.
Admission to LKG
Dear Parent: We invite you to apply for your son’s entry into LKG.
- Please note that we do not take donations for any admissions. We do not have any agents through whom you can procure seats. Do not give any money to anyone who promises you a seat in our school. You will be doing so at your own risk.
- Application forms for admission to LKG for the academic year will be issued online from, 2 January to 8 January . They can be downloaded from the school website www.sjbhs.edu.in.
- You can apply online ONLY on the above mentioned dates. Thereafter no application form will be issued and enquiries regarding the same will not be entertained.
- NO application forms will be issued by the school office.
- The hard copy of the duly filled in E-application form may be submitted at the school registration desk from 5 to 10 January between 9:00am and 2:00pm. The last date to submit the filled in E-application form is 10 January .
- Admissions are NOT on a first-come first-served basis. All applications submitted on or before 10 January , will be considered.
- Students who have been selected as well as those who have not, will be informed of the same by post/courier/email in the last week of February .
- Parents are advised to apply for admissions to other schools as our seats for LKG are limited.
Please submit the following documents at the School Registration Desk (5 - 10 January, 9:00am - 3:00pm):
- Fully completed and signed E-application form with 3 passport sized photographs, one of the student, one of his father and one of his mother.
- Birth certificate of the child (child should have completed 4 years of age on June 1)
- Corporation certificate of Birth with name of the child - for all. (Photo copy)
- Aadhaar card of the child. (Photo copy)
- Caste Certificate where applicable specifying the category to which the applicant belongs (Photo copy).
- Baptism certificate along with a letter from the Parish Priest stating that the parents belong to his parish. This is for Catholics only. (Photo copy)
- Proof of present residential address (Copy of Passport/ Aadhaar card/ Voter’s ID card/ Rental Agreement with Electricity Bill).
- Details of sibling studying in this school - where applicable
- Proof of father or mother being an Alumnus - if applicable
- Attested copies of the highest Educational qualifications of both the parents.

- After filling in the application form on the website, please click on the submit button. A soft copy of the duly filled in E-application form will be generated with an E-application form number. The same will be sent to your email ID for your reference.
- At the time of submission of the duly filled in E-application form, an amount of ₹500/- is to be paid online.
- Kindly fill in and submit only one E-application form, as duplicate applications will be rejected.
- Any enquiries about admissions will not be entertained.
- Recommendations of any kind will disqualify the candidate.
Admission To STD XI
Application forms for Admission to Std XI for the academic year will be issued online from Saturday 1 st April onwards, till the date of declaration of the ICSE results. They can be downloaded from the school website www.sjbhs.edu.in after filling in the necessary information. No application forms will be issued by the school office.
Admission is open for boys and girls who have passed the Std X ICSE / CBSE / Equivalent examinations only.
Steps to be followed while applying for admission
- Kindly go to the website at : www.sjbhs.edu.in Click on the ISC ADMISSION button.
- Fill in all the details in the Application form correctly.
- Kindly fill in the marks obtained in the Preliminary Examinations and then click on the ‘submit’ button.Any false information given in the application form will result in rejection of the Application Form.
- Proceed with the online payment of the Application fee of ₹500 through UPI/Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking etc.
- Note: On the day of the ICSE results you are required to enter the Final Board Examination marks in the online application (the link will be available on the website) and also submit the attested hard copy of the ICSE result sheet.
Note: Selection of candidates is based on the performance in the Pre Board Examination as well as Final Board Examination.
- Once the form is submitted, you will be able to download or print the soft copy.
- A soft copy of the duly filled in E-application form will be generated with an E- application form number.
- Kindly fill in and submit only one E-application form per stream, as duplicate applications will be rejected.
- Science: Compulsory - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics Optional - Biology or Computer Science or Electronics or Economics.
- Commerce: Compulsory - Accounts, Commerce, Economics Optional - Mathematics or Business Studies or Computer Science(should have taken Computer Science in Std 10)
(Note: Students who have scored above 85% in Std 10, may opt for Mathematics in the Commerce Stream)
- The hard copy of the duly filled in E-application form must be submitted at the school office between 9am and 1pm along with a copy of the Preliminary examination marks card attested by the school Principal / Vice Principal after the E-Application is generated.
- The web printout of the ICSE / CBSE / Equivalent marks card attested by the school Principal / Vice Principal must be submitted on the day of the results or the day following the declaration of the results.
- The duly filled in online application form will be valid once the application has been submitted at the school office.
The following records are required to be submitted along with the application form

- Selected students will be called for an interview after the applications have been scrutinized.
- Recommendations of any kind will disqualify a candidate from admission.
- Candidates are also advised to apply in other Schools / Colleges.
- Admissions are solely at the discretion of the Management.
