Document checklist

• Self attested photocopy of date of birth certificate of the child.
• Self attested photocopy of residence proof (either of the following)-
  • Ration card/smart card issued in the name of parents(mother/father having name of child)
  • Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents
  • Voter i - card (epic) of any of the parents.
  • Electricity bill / mtnl telephone bill/water bill/passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
  • Aadhaar card/uid issued in the name of any of the parents (rent agreement will not be considered as proof of residence).
• Proof of sibling (latest fees receipt/student’s i card).
• Self attested photocopy of sc/st/obc certificate (wherever applicable).

• If in case you receive the message pertaining to failure of payment or any other such message, you may click on Registration fee Tab given.
• Kindly fill only one online form against one admission. Duplicacy will not be accepted.
• All admission will be at the discretion of school management.

• The school reserves the right to reject the registration forms with incomplete or false information.

Admission open for nursery, forms accepted online only

• The Online Registration form for class Pre-school (nursery) Will be available on the school portal www.Bbisdw.com From Thursday, 01 december to friday, 23 december .
• Admission procedure will be strictly as per directives issued by Directorate of education.
• For Ews/dg Category admission refer to the directorate of education website( www.edudel.Nic.in).
• The child must be less than 04 years as on 31st march .
• Physical submission of registration forms & documents will not be accepted.

Instructions for filling online Application Form

• All the requisite details must be filled in with due consideration. Any misleading or false information may lead to cancellation /rejection.
• Changes and alterations of any sort will NOT be entertained once the Form is submitted.
• Alongwith the form Kindly upload passport size photos of Father, Mother and Child, with clear face image, in jpg, Png format (100kb) and copy of address proof (500kb) as per Registration form.
• After the form is duly filled, Kindly proceed to pay ONLINE REGISTRATION FEE of Rs. 25/-(Non-Refundable). No other mode of payment will be accepted.
• The registration process will be considered complete only after Completion of the Form along with Payment of Registration Fee.
• After the acceptance, each Form will be issued UNIQUE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER. This number will be used for any further correspondence regarding the admission process.
• Copy of Filled Form and acknowledgment of Registration Fee will also be sent to the email id provided by you.
• Print out of the same should be taken for future.
• All supporting documents will be physically checked and verified before granting admission.
