Registration & Admission Procedure
FOR PRE-SCHOOL (NURSERY] & PRE-PRIMARY (KG) & CLASS I
Registration
- The Registration for admission in Nursery and K.G. is generally open in last week of November & December for upcoming session by DOE.
- The registration form available at school counter and can be applied online on school website & uniapply.com.
- Filled up form are accepted at school reception as per admission schedule issued by DOE.
Age Criteria
The age of admission should be less than 4 years for Pre- School (Nursery) and less than 5 years for Pre- Primary (KG), & Less than 6 years for Class 1st on 31st March.
Admission
- No test will be conducted for pre-school and pre-primary. The admission criteria parameters like neighborhood, sibling, alumni, girl child (Beti Bachao Beti Padhao) etc. will be assessed for admission on first come first serve basis.
- The first list of selected candidate along with waiting list displayed on the notice board & our school website as per schedule given by the DOE.
FOR ADMISSION FFROM CLASS II TO VIII, IX & XI
- The registration shall be opened from class II to XI during December/ January. No test will be held for admission to class II to V. The test will be conducted for class VI to IX & XI in all streams.
- The syllabus of the test shall be of the last examinationpassed.
- In case, candidate has not previously attended any recognized school for admission to class II or to any higher class upto class VIII, the Parents/Guardians of such candidates shall furnish an affidavit, of on prescribed non judicial stamp paper duly attested to the effect that such candidate for admission had not attended any recognized or govt. school.
FOR ADMISSION TO SECDNDARY & SR. SECONDARY.
- Admission in class IX will be assessed on the basis of T.C., mark sheet & admission test in Maths,
- All the streams have been introduced in Sr. Secondary classes i.e., Commerce, Humanities, Science and Computer with Science. Admission in class XI only will be open, if seats are available.
Documents Required at The Time of Admission
- Original Birth Certificate issued by competent authority or Transfer Certificate (T. C.) of recognized or Govt. School last attended.
- Two passport size photographs of the candidate.
- For Residence Proof, Photocopy of Aadhar Card, Voter Identity Card etc.
- The admission will be deemed as provisional if T.C. is not available at the time of admission but it will have to be deposited within 15 days, otherwise admission will be cancelled.
- An affidavit by the parent/guardian that she/he is a citizen of India, in case it is not incorporated in the birth certificate.
For Admission Under Ews Quota
As per the list declared by the DOE the admission will be taken as per rule and the document as per D. In admission to above documents a proof of income attested from SDM/ Competent Authority Proof of domicile certificate. That he is bonafide resident of Delhi.
