List of documents to be enclosed with the filled up forms are as under
- Copy of Birth Certificate of the child.
- Proof of Residence: Ration Card/Electricity bill/Water bill/ MTNL bill.
- Copy of Aadhar Card of both the parents and the child.
- Two Photographs of the child and one each of both the parents
- Registration forms will be available online and at the school reception between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon.
- Submit the Registration form, complete in all respects at the School Reception on all working days except Gazetted holidays. between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon.
- Registration fees of Rs. 25/- is to be deposited at the time of submission of Registration Form
