Pre-Kindergarten Admission Information

Thank you for expressing an interest in admission into Pre-Kindergarten at Bay View Academy. Admissions are determined by age and through assessment of the applicant’s readiness for school and are strictly subject to availability of space. To apply to Pre-Kindergarten for the Academic year, the applicant’s date of birth must fall between 1st May 2019 and 30th April 2020.

Process for Siblings

Parents of siblings may visit the Pre-Primary Section office at their respective campus on Thursday, 9th March or Friday, 10th March between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to fill out the admission application form. Please bring the applicant’s original birth certificate, B-form or passport as well as a photocopy of the same.

Process for Non-Siblings

Please complete and submit the online application form, the link to which is provided below, by Sunday, 26th March. Your online application will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee and applicants will be shortlisted for the assessment/interview stage. Please note, due to limited spaces in Pre- Kindergarten, not all applicants who complete the online form will continue to the assessment/interview stage of the admission process. Candidates will be notified of their application status via email in the first week of April.

We will not be processing applications for the PECHS Campus at this time.

Admission Info for CLASS III,VII,X

Admission into Class III, VII and X is strictly subject to the availability of space. Vacancies are very limited and vary from year to year. To meet the age requirement for testing, the applicant’s date of birth must fall between the following dates for the given grade levels:

• Class III: 1st May 2015 and 30th April 2016
• Class VII: 1st May 2011 and 30th April 2012
• Class X: 1st May 2008 and 30th April 2009

Parents interested in applying for admission into the academic year starting August must visit the Defence Campus on any day from Tuesday 28th February to Thursday 2nd March between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. for registration.

Please make sure that you bring the following documents with you at the time of registration:

For Verification:

• Original CNIC(s) of the parent(s) who come for registration.
• Parents of siblings applying for admission may bring their child's BVA ID card instead of their original CNICs.

For Registration:

Class III (Admissions open for all Campuses):

• The original and a photocopy of the applicant's birth certificate, passport or B-Form.
• A photocopy of the applicant's Class I final term report card.
• A photocopy of the applicant's Class II first term report card.
• One passport size photograph of the applicant labeled with his/ her name at the back.

Class VII & Class X (Admissions open for all Campuses):

• The original and a photocopy of the birth certificate, passport or B-Form.
• A photocopy of report cards – previous and present class.
• Two recent passport size photographs labeled with the child’s name at the back.

IMPORTANT! Only parents with ALL of the above-mentioned documents (Verification and Registration) will be allowed to enter the school premises.

Please Note:

• Admissions into class iii, class vii and class x (for all campuses) Will take place at the defence campus. students will be assigned to a campus At the school’s discretion. Transfer requests between campuses will not be entertained.
• Although siblings are given some preference, admission is not guaranteed and is based on the overall assessment process. Siblings will be given preference for the same campus if they get admission.
• Due to the high number of applicants and limited seats, we strongly recommend that you also apply to other schools.
