A copy of each parent/guardian’s passport and valid documentation to reside in mainland China.
A copy of the student’s passport and valid documentation to reside in mainland China.
A copy of the student’s birth certificate.
One passport photo of the student.
A copy of the student’s official school reports, or Certificate of Attendance and Enrolment issued by the previous school, in English or Chinese, or a verified translation, from the previous two school years.
A copy of the vaccination card.
A copy of the medical report within the last three months from entry date.
(Items to be included in the medical report: medical history, physical examination, E.N.T. examination, teeth and vision examination, internal examination, blood examination, liver function examination, doctor's diagnosis and suggestion, doctor's signature and hospital stamp).
A copy of any detailed specialist reports if Special Educational Needs are identified in the application.
Signing a disclosure clause to ensure all student information relevant to the application is included and is accurate
Application Process
Parents submit application form and materials
Parents pay non-refundable application fee
The Admissions Office reviews all application materials
Arrange student test, observation and family interview (early year students are not required to take test)
Parents are informed of the application result
If the student is accepted by the school, an acceptance letter and invoice will be sent to parents
Payment is made to the school before the student commences classes
