Supporting Documents
Early Childhood Center
- (For non-Chinese nationals) Copies of Students and Parents’Passport information page and valid Chinese visa page.
- (For Chinese nationals) Copies of student's and parents' Household Registration Hukou.
- School Reports or Assessment Reports for the past two academic years (in English) if available.
- One BCIS Recommendation Form completed in English by the student's current teacher. (if the child is currently attending a program or school).
- The completed Student Medical Form and vaccination records.
- Kindergarten New Entry Students Health Check-up Form completed by a Doctor at any hospital or clinic within 3 months prior to enrollment.
Elementary School (Grade 1 - Grade 5)
- (For non-Chinese nationals) Copies of Students and Parents’Passport information page and valid Chinese visa page.
- (For Chinese nationals) Copies of student's and parents' Household Registration Hukou.
- School Reports or Assessment Reports for the past two academic years (in English) if available.
- One BCIS Recommendation Form completed in English by the student's current teacher. (if the child is currently attending a program or school).
- The completed Student Medical Form and vaccination records.
Secondary School (Grade 6 - Grade 11)
- (For non-Chinese nationals) Copies of Student’s and Parents’ Passport information page and valid Chinese visa page.
- (For Chinese nationals) Copies of student's and parents' Household Registration Hukou.
- School Reports or Assessment Reports for the past two academic years (in English).
- The completed Student Essay in the Online Application.
- Two BCIS Recommendation Forms completed in English from the student's current school (from Homeroom & English teachers is suggested).
- The completed Student Medical Form and vaccination records.
- Standard English test report, such as TOEFL, IELTS, SSAT, Duolingo, MAP, ESL reports etc. If the student has previous study experience overseas, please contact the admissions office at admissions@bcis.cn.
