Application Process
STEP 1: Introduction to YWIES Beijing
Our admissions staff will introduce our culture, history, programmes and facilities on your first school visit. Meetings with the Co-Principals or other teachers can also be arranged if you have further questions.
STEP 2: Submit Documents
Submit the following documents to our Admissions Office:
- Completed application form
- Copies of school transcripts of the last two years
- Copies of student's and parents' / guardians' ID cards
STEP 3: Student Interviews and Tests
- Written tests for Literature, English and Mathematics
- Interview in Chinese and English
STEP 4: Review and Acceptance
- Co-Principals review documentation and results of the entrance tests
- Upon acceptance, an Offer of Placement will be issued
- A notice of school fees payment will be issued
STEP 5: Finalise Application
- Pay tuition fee
- Collect student ID Card
- Select school bus service, school boarding service and/or insurance if needed
STEP 6: Welcome to YWIES Beijing
- Collect school uniform and books
- Apply for a Campus Card
- Choose the academic subjects
- Select Co-Curricular Activities
- Receive weekly class schedule
