Following receipt of your Application for Enrolment and payment of the non-refundable Application Fee, our Registrar will make contact with you to advise if a place is available and next steps in the process or if your son has been added to a waitlist.
Approximately 18-months before your son is due to commence, we will contact you to arrange an interview with a member of our Executive Team. Your son must be present at this interview.
The interview will help us to get to know your son and family, and provides you with an opportunity to get to know us better and ask any questions.
Enrolment offer
Following a successful interview (and an available vacant place), we will issue a Letter of Offer and Contract of Enrolment to be returned to us along with a $500 Acceptance Fee (non-refundable). The Acceptance Fee must be paid within 28 days of the date of the Letter of Offer, or as otherwise stated. If the Acceptance Fee is not paid within the prescribed time, the offer of a place(s) will lapse and may be offered to another applicant.
Orientation
Successful applicants will be advised of any orientation programs / days at Blackfriars towards the end of the year prior to commencement. You will also be provided with information relating to book lists and uniform.
