Admissions process

D-PREP welcomes students of all nationalities, and our admissions are open year-round! While communications initially happen via email, phone, or virtual meetings, we highly encourage you to visit us in person.

Our friendly Admissions Team will be happy to give you a campus tour, introduce you to our dedicated Academic Team, and let you experience the warm, inclusive community that makes D-PREP truly special.

Step 1: Application

• Submit an online application via online and upload all the required documents.
• Pay the application fee (upfront, non-refundable) to initiate the application review process.

Step 2: Preparation of Documents

The following items are required at the time of application and are all needed before an application can be received.

• Completed Application form
• Copy of parent’s passport or Thai I.D. card.
• Copy of child’s passport or Thai birth certificate.
• Copy of Non-Immigrant “Ed.” visa – foreign students.
• Copy of Thai residence registration.
• Copy of Previous school records including report cards and all transcripts.
• Copy of Home map if using D-PREP school bus for transportation.
• 4 pictures – Each child (size 2″ X 2″).
• 4 pictures – Each parent (size 2″ X 2″).
• 4 pictures – Every person with permission to pick up the student (size 2” x 2”).
• A health form with fully detailed information

* All supporting documents must be in English.

Step 3: Application Review

Submitted applications will be reviewed by the enrolment team and the Academic leadership team. Some applicants may be invited to sit for an English language proficiency or other assessment and/or attend a family meeting with the Academic leadership team. Our Admissions team will take care of all the arrangements.

Step 4: Offer

Successful applicants will receive an official offer letter from the school’s Admissions department as part of the application process, you will be required to pay an upfront, non-refundable enrollment and school fees upon receiving the offer letter.

Step 5: Enrollment

Once all documents are submitted and fees are settled, your family's learning journey with D-PREP officially begins! You'll receive a comprehensive Welcome Information Pack to help you get started—and from there, you're all set!
