1. Entrance Examination

Getting Started

  • Call 824 6483 or email info@southfields.edu.ph to schedule for an examination.
  • Visit the school on your exam date with the assessment credentials. Assessment fee is Php300.00 only.
  • After taking the exam, the school will contact you within a week for the result.

2. Assessment

Prepare the following

  • 2x2 ID Photo (recent, colored, white background)
  • NSO Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of Student Progress Report Card or F138 (last grade completed)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character

3. Enrollment Proper

Last Step

  • Fill-up required forms upon enrollment
  • Settle your account and you are officially enrolled!
