Admission Process

Please follow the instructions below in order to start the registration process for your child / children.
Step 1: Requirements before official registration can begin:
- Your child’s / children’s birth certificate (original + copy).
- The most recent school certificate.
- Original + copy.
- Note: Only learners who attained a (B) symbol average in the entrance exam will be considered for registration.
- A non-refundable fee of Twenty (20) Omani Rial is charged for the entrance exam.
Step 2: Protocol for Entrance Exam:
- Parents complete the initial registration form.
- Parents should wait in the assigned waiting area while their child / children are completing the entrance exam.
- Parents are not allowed in the examination rooms.
If your child completes the Entrance Exam and receives no less than a (B) average, then Step 3 must be completed within one week from the date you are informed of your child’s / children’s acceptance.
Step 3: Formal Registration Procedure:
- Four recent passport size photos.
- Copy of child’s vaccination card and birth certificate.
- Copy of child’s passport.
- A copy of the Parent’s / Guardian’s ID.
- Copies of both the father’s and mother’s passport.
- Officially endorsed transfer form from his/her previous school.
- Signed electronic Registration Form.
- Non-refundable down payment of the first installment of the school fees + post-dated cheques for Second and third instalment.
- Three post-dated cheques for the school fees.
