Enrollment Policy

Age of admission:

The school follows the policy of admission of students according to the Abu Dhabi Education Council's Private School Policy Manual for new students in following grades (Kindergarten 1, Kindergarten 2 and First Basic grade), as the legal age for admission of new students to the school is according to the age of the student on the 1st of September of the admission year.

Registration dates:

Registration for old students starts from March 15 of each academic year and ends by the end of March. Registration for new students starts from April 15 of each academic year and ends on May 15.

According to the list of enrollment and admission to the school, Admission of male students is limited to the kindergarten and the first grade until the third grade. At the end of the foundation stage, students are allowed to move to other (private, government or abroad) schools. Thus, the school maintains its numbers by enrolling female students as the number of female students per class ranges from (25-28) per class.

Documents required for all categories:

• Copy of the valid passport of students and their guardians
• Copy of UAE student ID.
• Copy of birth certificate. The age assessment certificate issued by the accredited medical committees in the UAE may be accepted, provided that it conforms to what is contained in the family book or passport.
• Recent Photo of the student with size of 4 × 6.
• Academic certificates and documents issued from outside the UAE shall be certified by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in the country where the certificate is issued.
• Certificates and documents issued by GCC nationals issued by their countries only to be ratified by the Ministry of State issued by them. All certificates issued within the State shall be certified by the competent authority.
