Admission Process

Admission is open from Pre-KG to Grade X Admission to new students in various classes shall be given during the first week of December and will be kept open until April except in case of admission of transfer from a central or recognized English Medium School having similar pattern of academic year and course as of thisschool. Such pupil shall be admitted at any time during the academic year depending upon the availability of seats. In such cases, the gap between leaving the previous school and joining this school should not ordinarily be more than a month.

The documents required for admission are as below:

• Passport copy of Parents and child
• Iqama copy of Parents and child
• Birth Certificate copy [Only for KG & Grade 1 Admission]
• Vaccination Card copy [Only for KG & Grade 1 Admission]
• Sponsor letter from Company [Stating the employment of the Sponsor - Father/Mother in the company's letter head with sign and seal]
• Passport size photo of child.[3 Nos]
• TC & Marksheet from Previous School[if applicable; Compulsory from Grade 2 onwards and Attestation required if coming from another province/Country]

Admission form and prospectus can be obtained on all working days from the office on payment of SR 172.5. Applicant is expected to fill the required information in the admission form and submit alongwith the required documents to the Administrative Office.

Entrance Test

The Admission Test will be for duration of approximately 40 minutes and the subjects for Admission Tests are as follows;

• Class I to VIII – English, Math & Hindi
• Class IX & X – English, Math & any one of the II Language (Hindi / Urdu/ Malayalam / Arabic)

The school will intimate the result to the parents on the same day. If the child/children qualify in the admission test, the parents along with the child/children should meet the Principal/ Vice Principal/ Headmaster for the allotment of Class & Section. After obtaining the Principal/ Vice Principal/ Headmaster’s signature of approval, the fees as prescribed in the prospectus may be deposited at the cash counter.
