Once a place has been offered, we will require the following additional documents
- Emirates ID card for student and both parents
- Passport copy for student and both parents
- Residence visa of student and both parents (not applicable for UAE Nationals)
- Two recent colored passport-size photographs (6 cm x 4 cm)
- Birth Certificate
- Vaccination Record
- Student’s Health insurance card
- Final Report Card(s) from the conclusion of previous Academic Year (please submit once received) or most recent report cards
- Registration Form (Online)
- Grade 11 and 12 students provide complete official transcripts
- Options sheets must be completed for students from Grades 7-12. Please request at point of acceptance
- Bus forms submitted on line with a separate fee requirement.
- Attested transfer certificate from previous school outside Emirates or Overseas
- CIS Recommendation Form
