Registration Requirements
Parents wishing to register their children at the school need to submit the following:
- Duly completed Application Form + application fee.
- Three recent passport size photographs with the student’s name clearly written on the back.
- Transcripts or report cards for all previous school years, starting from grade one until the last grade in the previous school(s). (Authenticated records for students coming from outside Kuwait: stamped by the Kuwaiti Embassy and the Foreign Affairs Ministry in the country of origin)
- Photocopy of birth certificate and immunization records.
- Medical Card from the Kuwait Ministry of Health and complete Student Health File
- Transfer Certificate from former school (if transferring from schools in Kuwait)
- Financial Clearance Certificate (transferring from private schools only)
- Photocopy of the student's and the father’s passport with valid residency.
- Photocopy of the father’s Nationality Certificate for Kuwaitis.
- Copy of the student's and the father’s civil ID card with valid residency.
- Required registration fees. (100 KD)
- Legal proof of guardianship in case a person other than the father carries out registration (in case of the death of the father, a death certificate and a legal proof of guardianship must be provided. In case of divorce the mother must provide a proof that she has an educational mandate over the child or a final custody sentence with no further appeal issued to insure the custody).
- As for the students whose parents are living in the country in an illegal way, are to provide a security information card for the parent and the student (if available), original birth certificate or a letter from the “Committee of Claims and Lineage” that proves that the father is in the process of issuing a birth certificate to prove the lineage.
Upon completion of all the above, an appointment will be scheduled for the student to take the Entrance Exam. It is a requirement of the Ministry of Education that all above documents be on file in the school before a student can be admitted to class.
