Enrolment Now Open

We are currently accepting applications for the academic year for new students in Abu Dhabi. To begin the application process, simply complete our online application form.

While we are committed to inclusivity, we may assess your child as part of the admission process to ensure their educational needs are met, providing them with the best opportunity to thrive within our school community.

Application Process

  • Online Applications: All applications are submitted via our online form and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Sibling Priority: If you have a sibling already enrolled, please select the sibling option and provide your current account code (found on your school invoice).
  • Admissions Testing: We may use assessment results (such as CAT tests) or evaluation visits to ensure the best match between your child’s needs and the school's offerings.

School Visits

Parents are welcome to visit our campuses before registration. Scheduled tour dates are available to familiarize you with our facilities and the quality of education at Aldar Academies.

Admission Requirements

  • Nursery: Children must be at least 3 years old by 31st August.
  • FS2: Children must be at least 4 years old by 31st August.

Aldar Academies adheres to regulations set by the Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK).

Transfers Between Schools

Children transferring from other schools are considered for the appropriate Year/Grade group. Applicants must have completed the previous academic year to move into the next year or grade level.

  • Current Year 5: Apply for Year 6 for the next academic year.
  • Current Grade 5: Apply for Year 7 (equivalent of Grade 6) for the next academic year.

Admission Procedure

  1. Complete the online application form at aldaracademies.com.
  2. If you already have a child at the school, indicate this by checking the sibling box and entering your account code.
  3. After submitting your application, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
  4. If your child is already in our system, please email Admissions for further assistance with the application.

Priority is given to sibling applications, and places are allocated based on availability. Our admissions process ensures a balanced student body, considering factors such as gender, nationality, English as an Additional Language (EAL), and specific educational support needs.

Nursery & KG1 Placement

For Nursery and KG1, applications will be reviewed from late November/December. Places for FS2 and KG2 and above may become available only if an existing student leaves. These opportunities may be confirmed at the end of the academic year, with assessments conducted as spaces become available.

Acceptance and Registration

Once your child’s assessment is complete, we will contact you with the outcome. If an offer is made, you will receive:

  • An acceptance letter
  • A registration fee invoice
  • An information pack containing essential documents

To secure your child’s place, please return the signed offer letter, required documents, and proof of payment for the registration fee within 10 days. The registration fee is deductible against Term 1 fees but is non-refundable. Please note, Term 1 Tuition Fees must be paid before the start of the academic year.

Staggered Intake for Nursery & KG1

At the beginning of the academic year, Nursery and KG1 students will attend on a reduced schedule for the first one to two weeks, with approximately 2 hours per day.
