Admission Procedures
- A student seeking admission should fill in the registration form available at the school reception or on the website http://www.alansarschool.net
- An Interview with students (FS1 / Pre-KG) to (Year13 / Grade 12) is compulsory.
- The school administration has the right to request a written test (Admission Assessment) based on the student’s condition.
- All documents (listed below) must be submitted within one week from the date of completing the application form.
- All candidates who have been ACCEPTED can visit the REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT to complete enrolment.
- Payment of seat reservation fee - Deposit of AED 500 per student.
Notes to be Considered
- The Principal / Vice Principal has the sole authority to accept or reject any application without disclosing any reasons.
- Filling the admission form and qualifying for the test does not guarantee a right to admission.
- Admission will be cancelled if the Registration is not completed within one week from the announcement of acceptance.
- Admission will be cancelled if the required paperwork is not completed within the stipulated time.
- Parents whose children are already in the school cannot claim right to admission for their other children.
New Admission Requirements
- Copy of valid Emirates ID for the Student. (Original ID is required in case of new admission).
- Copy of valid Emirates ID for the Father/Guardian/Sponsor.
- Copy of the applicant’s passport with at least a 6 month valid visa.
- Copy of the Father’s/Guardian’s /Sponsor’s passport with at least a 6 month valid visa.
- Copy of Kholasat Al Qaid for LOCALS ONLY.
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Vaccination
- (3) Passport Size
- Financial Clearance letter from the previous school.
- School Continuation Certificate shows the ministry student Number.
- Last Student’s Report Card attained from the previous school.
- Certificate of GOOD CONDUCT from the previous school.
- Filling the New Admission Form.
- Filling the New Admission Medical Form.
- The previous Medical File.
Note: Parents students are hereby informed that the Original Emirates ID card should be presented/submitted to the Registration Department, between, August (01 to 31) of the current calendar year, failing which, the child(s) admission/registration will be withheld/cancelled.
