Admission Requirement
To register your child at HHN it is essential that the following admission documents are completed:
- Completed Registration Forms – available at the Nursery office.
- Completed Registration Forms including signed terms & conditions form.
- Photocopy of child’s Passport including UAE Residence Visa page.
- Photocopy of child’s Sponsor’s passport including UAE Visa page.
- Photocopy of child’s Emirates ID card.
- Photocopy of child’s Birth Certificate.
- Six passport size photographs of the child.
- A copy of child’s Immunization Records.
- Completed Child Medical History form – available at the nursery.
- Signed and Acknowledged Welcome circular.
Completed Emergency Contact Information and Pick up/Authorization form.
