New Filipino Private School

A fully accomplished Registration Form should be submitted together with the following documents:

Basic Requirements

• Photocopy of Student's Passport with Valid Residence Visa
• Photocopy of Parents' Passport with Valid Residence Visa
• Six (6) Recent Photographs of the Student(Passport Size and with White Background)
• Photocopy of Authenticated Birth Certificate
• Medical Records (Immunization / Vaccination)
• Emirates National ID (Student & Parents)

For Transfere From School Within The Emirates

• Original Report Card and F-137.
• Transfer certificate issued by the school last attended by the student with signature of the authorized official of the Ministry of Education.

For Transfere From School In The Philippines

• Authenticated Original Report Card and Form 137
• (Note: The above has to pass thru DepED, Dept. of Foreign Affairs and finally stamped at the U.A.E. Embassy in Makati City)

For Transferee From School In Other Countries

Original Scholastic Record authenticated by the Ministry of Education of the concerned country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates.

Important Note

Any student may enroll while working on the authentication of Scholastic Records and securance of Transfer Certificate and / or Permanent Records, however, we need to abide with the admission deadline for registration to the U.A.E. Ministry of Education. The NFPS is also pleased to serve other nationalities on arrangement approved by the concerned authorities.
