Landscape Architect

Job Summary

• Present proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate through design process
• Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with customers’ requirements
• Work with Operations to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Manage freelancer draftsman and visualizer when needed
• Lead procurement of suitable material for projects
• Contact and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers
• Prepare project estimates together with Operations
• Generate business opportunities
• Produce and update a database of plants used locally and their characteristics
• Attend conferences and events seen as relevant to the activity
• Manage marketing and branding, communication and social media
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Managing Director
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Proficient in AutoCAd, Sketchup, Lumion, MS Office, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
• Accredited Degree in Landscape Architecture
• Develop Conceptual Proposals
• Prepare and present Landscaping Proposals in 3D Renders, Hand drawings, CAD drawings and other relevant options
• Prepare and present detailed plans and working drawings including construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD)
