VSV Laxmi Ramana, I pursued MA in English Literature and later on joined MA English literature.

Professor of English with an accomplished track record of imparting quality based education for more than 30 plus years.

Being a vernacular medium student, English language used to confuse me a lot, later on, I tried to analyze the corrections and found out the language teaching is different and while teaching language to non-natives, English must be taught like a language but not as a language. I acquired the skill of teaching Language through content-integrated Language Teaching.

My skill sets include Active learning techniques while teaching English to English Language Learners. The techniques I use, while teaching is Think-Pair-Share, Collaborative and Application part of the language. The teaching aids are podcasts, PPTs, and chalk and talk methods.

I have acquired vast experience and expertise in the art of teaching. I have assimilated a proven track record and leverage of working abroad with a different cross-cultural section of students.

Two best teacher awards were conferred upon by (MU KSA).

I have established a niche by adding value to students learning by designing curriculum, created a culture of excellence and engagement with a special impetus in providing students centric approach, enhancement, and transformation… I have written books, given Radio talks, given Presentations, Publications, Journals, Articles, Developed Train the Trainer series program.

I participated in Poster presentations, Conferences, and workshops. I have been recognized as a potential trainer and with IUCEE, received Soft skill training from Infosys, I have introduced state of the art English Language lab, first of its kind and a plethora of events that could not be listed as the list is very exhaustive in nature. I am an active member in the social media and a Philanthropist working for a social cause
