Boarding at SD

Surrounded by the beautiful rolling hills of San Anselmo, California, San Domenico (SD) boarding students enjoy not just exceptional college preparatory academics, but also access to world-class residential, athletic, academic, artistic, music, and dining facilities. The 515-acre campus is located 25 minutes from San Francisco, just north of the Golden Gate Bridge.

While the campus is large, living at San Domenico is much more than just a healthy and expansive space to live, learn, and play. The residential community at SD is made up of faculty and students from around the San Francisco Bay Area, throughout the United States, and around the world. Together we are a close-knit, connected, and vibrant community where cultural learning and global perspectives are celebrated.

We study together, share meals, celebrate successes, support each other during challenges, and truly become like one big family. Every day at SD is an opportunity to try something new; a place to build lifelong friendships with classmates, teachers, coaches, and teammates; a safe haven to grow and discover perspectives that will change the way you see the world.
