Housemasters/mistresses
Pangbourne’s caring Housemasters/mistresses, Assistant Housemasters/mistresses, and matrons all get to know pupils in their division very well. They are the first port of call for pupils and parents for any queries and fortify our wellbeing provision. The pastoral care of pupils is a top priority, and our Deputy Head Pastoral, Mark Skidmore, embodies this commitment.

Our Assistant Head Pupil Wellbeing, Caroline Bond, is also on hand to lend a friendly ear and plays a central role in ensuring that the mental health and wellbeing of Pangbourne’s community is looked after.

Boarders Activities
Our events programme is chock-a-block with exciting activities for boarders to participate in. This is one of the biggest positives of boarding with us. Weekend tripsare a staple, and we continually introduce new opportunities to explore the local attractions and activities each year. Pupils get involved with providing feedback and suggesting new activities to make their time with us their own.

In the past, trips have included:

  • Paintballing
  • Ice skating
  • Thorpe Park
  • Go-karting
  • The Winchester Christmas Market
