Here at St Andrew’s we try to be as flexible with our accommodation options as possible ranging from luxury ensuite bedrooms, single and double bedrooms to homestay options. We want our students to feel like this is their home-from-home, where they can relax, enjoy time with their friends, have some privacy when required and learn to live with other like-minded students from across the world. All our accommodation has free Wi-Fi.
All our accommodation is staffed by House Parents who look after the students on a day-to-day basis providing help and guidance with any questions they may have. Our House Parents are extremely experienced in looking after young people, are DBS checked and are trained and qualified in food preparation, first aid, fire marshalling, allergens and child protection. They are always around as a listening ear or for a cup of tea and chat. As well as providing excellent care, our House Parents serve breakfast, take care of laundry and clean student’s room. They help celebrate achievements, birthdays and religious events, organise events in the house and aim for all students to feel comfortable and secure in a caring family environment.
Tripos Court
Tripos Court is our flagship accommodation offering for our students offering premium single, ensuite bedrooms for every student. All rooms are similar as the accommodation is purpose-built. Each room has a bed, wardrobe, desk with chair and chest of drawers, white in colour and all have Wi-Fi. Eight students in a cluster also share a common room and kitchen where they can get together, make snacks and have their breakfast every morning. Tripos Court has a secure entrance and room to store bicycles. There are gardens available for students to enjoy and our House Parents, who look after our students in boarding, live on site.

Homestay
We also offer students aged 16 and above the opportunity to live with a local homestay. Some students prefer to be in homestay as they wish to be independent, live with a local family and experience family life in the UK. Homestay is generally a cost-effective option and all homestays offer single rooms, breakfast and dinner daily, weekly laundry and Wi-Fi. If you choose to stay in Homestay, our Homestay Co-ordinator, Emma Warner, will be able to assist you and put you in touch with our homestay consultancy. The relationship however is between the parent and homestay directly, not the college and payment is made with the homestay directly. For further information or help regarding homestay please contact emma.warner@standrewscambridge.co.uk
