Joining our Swiss international boarding school environment is ultimately a lifestyle-choice. If you are curious, ambitious and keen to meet like-minded people from all over the world, then we are the right place for you. Rosenberg students make a commitment to joining a highly international and diverse community, representing over 50 different nationalities. As a nice bonus, you gain independence and experience how you can adapt to new environments with ease.

We only admit students who are keen to contribute to our community and are able to enrich their friends’ time at the school through their own personality and talents. Attending one of the best boarding schools in Switzerland means embracing perpetual values and making friendships that last a life time.

Rosenberg students receive guidance and care from our award-winning boarding teams who are, like all of our professionals, true artisans of education. Whether a student needs support in school, planning their holiday-leave, is feeling unwell or would simply like to spend free-time in one of the community rooms, our boarding teams are here for them.

Setting Standards in Accommodation.

Institut auf dem Rosenberg sets standards in accommodation and is renowned for providing the best boarding school accommodation worldwide. Girls’ and boys’ residences are characterised by bright colors, cherry hard wood floors and simple but yet elegant furniture, combined with modern and tasteful en-suite marble bathrooms.

Students of the Same Age-group Live and Study Together

Student residences are organised into separate accommodation for boys and girls. In these boarding houses, students of the same age-group live and study together, share community spaces and join organised free-time activities and trips over weekends. Unlike at many other boarding schools in Switzerland, students may choose to move boarding houses during their time at Rosenberg, for example if they want to live close to a good friend.

A Magic Place for Our Youngest Students

Our youngest boarding school students live in Bärenburg (Bear’s Castle), one of our picturesque villas on the main campus. It is a magic place where there is always something fun happening unless our “Cubs”, as we like to call our youngest students, are fast asleep after another activity-packed day at Rosenberg. Cubs are looked after by a professional team of artisan house tutors, dedicated to providing daily and age-appropriate guidance, support and care while offering a wide array of fun free-time programmes throughout the school year.
