Lead Rotating Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Rotating Mechanical Engineer for an oil and gas Operating Company based in UAE.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 15 years rotating equipment experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Experience Profile: Deep knowledge of the design and practical experience of high-speed rotating equipment including centrifugal gas compressors, aero-derivative and industrial gas turbines.
• Integrated Compressor Line (ICL) compressors, magnetic bearings, high-pressure centrifugal pumps and sealing systems.
• Deep understanding of Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) and Performance Standards.
• Should have worked as a lead engineer with a consultant or operating company involving high speed rotating equipment with gas turbine and centrifugal gas compressor experience.
• Thorough understanding of rotating equipment design and international standards.
• Experienced in Pre – FEED, FEED, EPC Projects.
• Ability to evaluate process data to assess actual efficiency, operating point, and performance of turbines, compressors, and pumps.
