Job Summary

Advance your academic career in the field of Property and Real Estate and make a significant contribution to the School of Commerce’s teaching, research and professional activities.

As the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer you will play a leading role in the development and teaching of high-quality undergraduate, postgraduate (including MBA), and online course offerings in Property and Real Estate. You will also drive high-quality research, secure research funding and supervise research students in the field.

Skills and Experience

With a doctorate in property/real estate (or related discipline) you will have experience undertaking research as evidenced by publications in quality refereed and/or high Impact journals. You will be an expert in teaching and learning, with a track record of high quality, flexible teaching, in both traditional and contemporary modes of delivery, including the use of teaching technology. A capacity and commitment to supervise Masters and PhD students will be essential. Candidates with expertise that bridges between finance and property will also be considered.

To be successful at the Senior Lecturer appointment, will you be capable of providing academic leadership in the development, management and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programs and courses level as well as experience in delivering online and executive education offerings.
