| Notification of withdrawal within 11– 20 school days from the start date of the academic year. |
Family is invoiced for 50% of term fees. |

Family is invoiced for 100% of term fees. No refund is granted for the term. |
| If a student attends term 1 and any part of term 2 of the academic year. |

- If the student and guardian leave the country due to work contract expiration before the beginning of the academic year (residency cancelation).
