Terms, Conditions and Information:

Tuition Scope

The above schedule of fees is applicable to students enrolled in The WellSpring School and covers the student’s tuition and use of text books & classroom materials. Excursions (field trips), uniforms, school supplies and bus transportation are excluded and billed separately.

“Due By” Dates

Payments are due (must be finished) by the dates indicated on the schedule above. Failure to pay the indicated balance by the dates listed will result in your student being placed on financial suspension - not being allowed to submit work, participate in after-school activities or go on school excursions, and limited access to PowerSchool.

New Applicant Fee (New Students)

A non-refundable, non-deductible fee of AED 500 is required prior to student entrance assessment or interview.

Confirmation Fee (New Students)

A confirmation payment of AED 2,000 must be made once the student satisfies entrance requirements. This fee will be deducted from the 1st Installment fee and will not be refunded unless Finance Department is notified in writing of intention to withdraw before 1st August.

Re-enrollment Fee (Returning Students)

A payment of AED 2,000 is required before 30th April to secure a place in the school for the next academic year. This fee will be deducted from the 1st Installment fee and will not be refunded unless Finance Department is notified in writing of intention to withdraw before 1st August. Finance Department will be open in August to receive payments. Please note that all students must pay the 1st installment in full to enter classes in September.

Late Enrollment (New Students)

The above payment structure does not apply. Tuition is prorated as per the Ministry of Education guidelines and payable in full by the next installment deadline.

Payment Methods

• Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit/credit card, bank transfer or through the Skiply mobile app.
• If you are paying by bank transfer or Skiply, please provide the student name and grade so that the payment can be easily traced. Please include all bank charges in the total so that the school receives the correct payment. Kindly email a copy of the bank deposit or transaction slip to: finance@tws-rak.org

Early Withdrawal

Parents are required to inform the school in writing at least one month prior to date of leaving so that the necessary documentation and refund (if applicable) can be prepared.

Life Skills Classes

An additional fee of AED 5,000 (subject to 5% VAT) will be added on each grade for students in Life Skills/Special Needs Classes.

Shadow Teachers Fee

Shadow teachers for students will be at a charge of AED 2,000 per month (fixed amount even during holidays or spring break, and subject to 5% VAT).

Laptops

Secondary students must provide their own laptops according to school requirements. Curriculum and software will be installed.

Technology Fee

A fee of AED 200 is required for students from KG1 to Grade 5 for the provision of technology and tablets used inside classrooms.

Sibling Discounts

3rd Child : 15% | 4th Child : 20% | 5th Child or more: 25% (discount is on tuition fees only)

Bus*

Bus service is subject to availability and is non-refundable.
