Registration Fee: AED 500/- for each new student.

A registration deposit of AED 500 is to be paid at the time of registration. This deposit is adjusted against the first term tuition fee. However, if the child does not enrol, the deposit is non-refundable and hence not refunded.

Please note that the registration of the students will be cancelled if they fail to join the school within the first 2 weeks of the academic year without notifying the Registration Dept. in writing.

External Exam fees are charged separately.
Tuition fee for any late enrolment will be calculated according to the Ministry of Education rules and regulations.

Please note the following:

Books, uniform, transportation and canteen deposit should be paid along with the first installment of tuition fee.
Medical fees are NOT included as part of tuition fees.

Policy for Fee Collection:

Card payments are accepted provided the full year fees is paid upfront in one go.
Easy Payment plans (EPP) offers are only available on purchases made via credit card.
If any family has more than one child studying in the school, card payment will be accepted on a student basis; however, the full year dues for the selected student needs to be paid upfront in one go.
Only Visa and Mastercard credit cards/debit cards are accepted for payment.
Beam has arrangements with the following partner institutions for the Easy Payment Plan (EPP) facility (monthly payment scheme with 0% profit rate.
Processing fees may apply from the banks):
- Emirates NBD Bank
- Emirates Islamic Bank
Parent must contact the bank directly to activate EPP. Final approval is subject to bank’s discretion.
Uniforms can only be purchased after payment of fees for all students from the same family and clearance of outstanding dues (if any).
Your payment will not be complete until “Your payment was successful” is displayed on the screen.
If you are a member of the Dubai Police or the UAE Military (applicable for Dubai schools only) then please visit the school to make your payment.
Any fee payments done at the school will be reflected on the online portal in 3 working days.
