Tuition Fees
In addition, the following annual fees apply:
- Non-refundable medical fee of AED 500
- Digital & Physical resource fees cover vital and integral learning materials used throughout the school, providing an excellent quality of education. This also covers yearly GL/CAT4 and other required assessment fees where applicable
- GCSE and BTEC exam & course fees are charged separately Digital & Physical resource fees and medical fees are payable at the beginning of the academic year or in the first term of your child joining the school. Please note that uniforms, school trips, chrome books, after-school care programs, meals, transportation, and events are provided by third parties and are charged separately.
If payment is made by bank transfer, please mention the pupil name, year group, and pupil ID number on the remittance advice.

Payments
- If the School fees are paid in three installments. Term 1 fees MUST be paid in full by the due date along with two post-dated cheques for the 2nd and 3rd terms. In case of cash or debit/credit card payment, the cheque will be kept as a security deposit and should be collected before the cheque date. These cheques will be deposited as per the date of the cheque if the parents fail to pay by cash or debit/credit.
- Failure to meet payment timelines will result in the withholding of your child’s termly/annual reports. Parents will receive a maximum of three “payment notices” to remind them of overdue payments, if these are left unattended, affected students will be given a fixed-term exclusion. After this, the school reserves the right not to re-register your child for the following academic year, as per KHDA regulation.
- The School reserves the right to initiate legal action against any bounced/returned cheque. There will be a penalty fee of AED250 which will be added to a pupil’s account for any returned cheque.
- Discounts are applied on your Term 3 invoice and are only given to students who complete a full year at Star International School Mirdif.
