Fees Structure

For New Admission

Annual Tuition Fee - Payable in 3 Installments (Applicable to students on roll and new admissions).

Transport Fee

• QR. 1000/- Per Term (3 Months) - Inside City (Wakrah Area).
• QR. 1167/- Per Term (3 Months) - Outside City ( Doha and Out Side Wakrah).
• Please contact accounts department for Al Khor and Messaid area.

Transport facility is an optional service provided by DPS-MIS.

• DPS-MIS charges Transport Fee by term.
• If a student has attended even a day of the academic session and wishes to withdraw transport fee for that term, there will be no refund of fee paid.
• Transport fees will not be adjusted in case of change in location [zone] till the end of the term.

Notes

• Caution deposit payable 'Per Student' registered in the school.
• Fee must be paid in full at the beginning of each school term.
• Late fee will be charged as per the below table.

Fee Payment Method

• Card / Cash / Cheque - Cheques in favour of “DPS- Modern Indian School” (Please write Student Name, Class and Admission Number behind the cheque if you are sending the same through your ward / others).
• Online Bank Transfer - Login to your Doha Bank / CBQ Bank. and click on fees payment.
• Secure Payment Gateway ( - Login with your parent ID on the school website, click on Online Fee Payment and you can pay the fees using CREDIT CARD/ DEBIT CARD conveniently from your Home / Office.
• Using OOREDOO MONEY APP (Please see the school website for more info).

Please Note

• Fees can be paid by Cash OR Current Dated Cheque OR Online Using your Credit Card through PAYMENT GATEWAY enabled in our school website OR Doha Bank Online.
• Fees for the term can be deposited on any day of the particular term within the stipulated date except on Fridays, Saturdays and any national holidays.
• However, after the Last Date late fine per week will be levied.

Late fee will be charged as per below table per week of delay

After two reminders, the name will be struck off the rolls. Re-admission fees of QR 300/- will have to be paid in such cases. It is not mandatory on the part of the school to give reminders for non payment of the fees.

• Tuition fees for a particular term has to be paid even if the child remains absent for that term.
• Re-admission fees (inclusive of Caution deposit, tuition fee and Re-admission fees of QR 300) will have to be paid if a child applies for re- admission for the same academic year after taking the transfer certificate.
