Stafford Sri Lankan School

The tuition fees should be paid term wise and is ue for payment on or before the 1st day of each term. Tuition fees are non-refundable. A surcharge of 10% will be levied on late payments

Admission fee( non-refundable ) QR 1,000.00

This is a non refundable one off fee for every ne admission to Stafford Sri Lankan School Doha/

Annual Facilities fee (non-refundable) QR 300.00

This is for the additional facilities/benefits that the school provides. This amount should be paid on or before 10th September.

Application fee (non-refundable) QR.100.00

This amount is non-refundable and will be charged only upon the admission of the student is being confirmed by the school management.

Sibling Discounts

The sibling discount on tuition fees is available for the third and subswquent children studying in the school(3rd child 15%, 4th child and above 20%). Parents are expected to ensure the prompt payment of each installment of fees in order to avail the above discounts. Failure to pay promptly will invalidate all discounts.

Monthly transport fee QR 250.00

The transport facility is available within city limits only, and can be provided on request for 10 months, starting from September to june of current year. The transport fee may be paid term wise or monthly and must be paid no later than the 1st day of the month. A surcharge of QR 25/= will be levied on each late payment

Important notes

The school will charge the full term fee for new admissions, and for students leaving in between a term. In case of a student who has spent less than 29 days of the 1st month of a term in the school the fees payable will only be for one month. This rule is in line with the SEC directives

• The school will provide printed materials required for children (no stationery will be provided).
• None of the external examination fees are included in the tuition fee. Such fees will be charged separately.
