Fees Payments
- Fees are to be paid in two equal installments as per below Methods of payment are Cash or Cheque.
- The installments are due on first day of every term.
- Checks will be deposited at the bank in due date.
Returned Cheques
In the case of first time rejected cheques; the below actions will be taken:
- First Parents will be called and a text message will be sent informing parent to pay within two Days.
- In case of non-payment during the two days, the cheque will be resent to the bank again. And if it is rejected for the second time it will be forwarded to the legal department to take the required action.
During the payment follow-up period school will take the following measures:
- The parent will not be allowed to receive the student’s report for the non-paid semester.
- The student will not be registered for the next academic year.
- The School will not issue a certificate indicating the student’s enrolment period in the school.
Company Sponsored Students:
- School deals directly with the guardian and no direct follow-up with the sponsoring companies is offered.
- Parents are required to pay the fees as per the above terms and conditions and get reimbursed as per their company’s policy based on the official receipt issued by the school.
Refundable fees Policy
The school will only refund the tuition fees as per below terms & conditions:
- 50% Refund: Half term fees paid is refundable if registration and finance department is notified in writing of the withdrawal of a student during the first month of the term.
- 0% Refund: No fees will be refunded if registration and finance department is notified with the withdrawal of a student after the end of the first month of the term.
- Book fees are nonrefundable once the student attended the class and books are issued.
In case of student's absence 15 days from the date of the beginning of the semester without written notice to the school he loses his seat in the school and seat reservation fees cannot be refunded unless he has a formal excuse.
Registered students who decide to leave the school for temporary period of time (subject to principal approval and SEC), is obligated to pay the full fees for this temporary period.
Only the tuition fees are refunded for expelled students. This amount will be valued by the school board.
The School reserves the right to take any legal proceedings towards any undone payments of fees as per the above policy.
Terms and Conditions:
- The School reserves the right to accept students from the waiting list in place of students, who have not paid their fee installments by the date of registration for next year.
- It should be noted that the registration of every child is treated individually. No fees can be transferred from one child to another, even within a family.
- Second brother will be given 10% discount from the basic tuition fees and a 5% discount for the third brother and later siblings, the discount will be deducted from the second installment.
- Pay the QR 500 administrative fee - payable at school before taking the admission test for your children.
