At our school, we strive to make the fee payment process as convenient and hassle-free as possible. We offer multiple options to schedule your fee payments, allowing you to choose a plan that best suits your financial situation. Additionally, we have integrated secure online payment gateways, ensuring a safe and convenient transaction experience. We believe that charging fees is necessary to maintain the high-quality education, state-of-the-art facilities, and exceptional learning experiences we provide. • Please note that there is Non-refundable registration fee of AED 1000 upon registration.
• This is paid following the admissions test.
• Existing students going into Y4 to Y13 – 10% increase on last year fee.

Payment Schedule

The Parents/Guardians can choose one of the below options in settling the tuition and transportation fees throughout the semester/term:

For new and returning students a non-refundable re-registration fee of 1000AED will be charged
The registration fees will be adjusted against Term 1 fees

• Option 1: Full payment upfront, due before 26th August
• Option 2: Two equal installments due by 26th August and 3rd January
• Option 3: By three installments:
• 40% by 26th August
• 30% by 31st December
• 30% by 31st March3

• Option 2: Card payments
• Option 3: Cheques [Cheques drawn on a bank operating in the UAE made payable to “International Community School” on or before the due date mentioned above]
• Option 4: Zenda application (available once parents have an ICS school email address)

Important Notes

Uniform fees payable with the first installment of tuition /transportation.

• If you choose to make a bank transfer or bank deposit you are requested to bring the transfer details to the Account Department or email it to, [email protected]
• Once we confirm the fees payment we will issue the student an official receipt for the amount transferred and the document needed to receive books and uniform
• Cheques that are returned from the bank for any reason will be charged 500/- AED.
• If two cheques do not clear for any reason (insufficient fund, closed account…etc.) cheques will no longer be accepted as a form of payment for school fees. And the ICS reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for returned cheques.
• Please make sure you keep all your receipts.

Parents are required to adhere to payment deadlines; otherwise student may face temporary suspension and/or cancellation of his/her registration for next academic year.
