All fees listed above are charged in Qatari Riyals, and are payable in advance of attendance to the Swiss International School. The fees are assessed in accordance with the fee structure established by the school and approved by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. Fees will be reviewed annually, and are subject to increases. SISQ will endeavour to give at least one term’s notice of any changes to the tuition fees and additional charges.

The following charges are due as part of the application process at the Swiss International School:

* External examination fees are payable in addition to the Tuition Fees for all students in Grade 10. They will be charged along with the Term 1 Tuition Fees.
The value of the Examination fees is an estimation of the IB fees that will be charged to the school by the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) for all students who are entered for the full MYP Certificate at the end of Grade 10.
Additional fees might be payable by students who enroll late and are expected to sit exams, as well as for students who may be entered for additional subjects.
These fees are in line with the IBO Scale of Fees.
These fees are non refundable.
** External examination fees are payable in addition to the Tuition Fees for all students in Grade 12. They will be charged during Term 1.

| Examination Fee | Examination fees depend on the Year Group of the child, and will be communicated to parents at the beginning of the academic year. These fees vary according to those imposed externally, and invoices for these fees are sent out well in advance of the examinations or external assessment. Failure to pay the examination or assessment fees will be taken as an indication that the student is not intending to participate in external assessment nor sit the examinations and will therefore be withdrawn from the examinations |

PAYMENT DETAILS
The annual school fees are to be paid in three instalments as follows:
Delay on fees payment will be subject to an administration charge of QAR 250 per invoice and parents will have a further 14 days to settle the account. Accounts not settled within the 14 days will incur a further QAR 250 charge per invoice and parents to settle the account within 7 days or the school place will be removed.

RE-ENROLMENT PRE-PAYMENT
A QAR 2500 Re-Enrolment Pre-Payment (Seat Reservation Fee) is due during the term 2 of each academic year to secure a place for the next academic year. This will be deducted from the first termly instalment of the next academic year's tuition fee.
WITHDRAWALS
For families who wish to withdraw their child from the school, one term’s notice is required. Without the required notice, all fees for the following term are payable.
The Swiss International School reserves the right to withdraw an already registered student when any or all of the following conditions apply:
No refund of fees will be given on the event of any or all of the above cases.
CANCELLATIONS
If a family choose to withdraw their child’s application after the place is confirmed, notification must be given in writing before the first termly installment of fees are due. Failure to do so will lead to the first termly fee installment to be payable.
