The Financial policy of Al- Nibras International Bilingual School for the current academic year.
- Admission placement test fee is (KWD 60.00) (for new students only) and non-refundable in any case and is not considered part of the tuition fee.
- The registration fee will be deducted from the first installment due in September.
- The first installment, 34% of the total tuition fees, is due before the first day of school.
- The second installment 33% of the total tuition fees is due in the first week of December.
- The third installment 33% of the total tuition fees is due in the first week of March.
- To re-register and reserve a seat for the new academic year, the second installment must be fully paid.
- The student is not allowed to re-enroll in the new academic year if he is entitled to any tuition fees for previous years, and the seat is considered void.
- Tuition fees are considered subject to increase based on the decisions of the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Private Education without referring to the guardian.
Second: Sibling discount:
- The second and subsequent student will be granted a 10% discount for each of them. A sibling discount will also be given to the siblings of students registered at Al-Nibras Ideal School, and the discount will be given to the student registered in the higher levels.
- The siblings' discount is granted only if the installment dates specified during the above-mentioned months are adhered to, and in the event of delay in paying the installments, the sibling's discount will be canceled.
- The sibling discount does not apply to students affiliated with the funded employers, and the school is required to provide the school with an official letter from the employer at the beginning of the academic year stating a pledge to pay the tuition fees prescribed for these students for the academic year in which they are registered.
- The value of the discount will be canceled for the student who withdraws during the academic year, and the guardian must settle his financial disclosure to complete the withdrawal procedures.
- Siblings whose brother withdrew, the discount will be rearranged according to paragraph (1).
- The discount remains for the siblings of students graduating from the school, which is estimated at 10% for each student.
