100 KD registration fee is non-refundable and is not included in total fees.
Advance payment payable by 1st August.
Monthly payments will be paid in 7 installments due on the first of each month from October to April.
Timely payment is required to ensure continuity of The English Playgroup services.
Early Years tuition fees include books, trips, breakfast and snacks, and 6 pieces of school uniform.
Discount Policy
Siblings discount 10%.
Late registration discount effective 1/10.
Discount calculated from 1/10 at 10% of total fees increasing by 10% every 1st of subsequent months.
Students with multiple discounts will be eligible to the one discount with the highest percentage.
Cancellation Policy
Effective date of cancellation will be applied as per the written cancellation form.
If date of cancellation is after start of academic year, 100KD cancellation charge will be applicable.
Any refunds will be payable after deducting monthly payments from the first date of attendance until the date of cancellation request, plus the cost of school uniform and cancellation charge.
100% payment is due ijf cancellation is on or after 1st of March.
A charge of 3% processing fee from total dues if there is a change between sessions (Morning, Afternoon or Online session).
