All fees are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Per the most recent government changes to prevailing GST rates, please find the updated costs separated out by semester. International Community School (Singapore) does not currently charge a capital fee.

If tuition fees for the school year are paid in full before December 31 the following GST structure applies:

New Student Fees

This application fee shall be paid to International Community School (S) Ltd. at the time that the application is submitted for consideration of enrollment by the Admissions Department.

• If your student receives an acceptance letter but you choose to decline and your student does not attend our school, the application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The application fee is only valid for the school year of application and cannot be transferred to a subsequent school year.
• If your student is not accepted for a non-waitlist-related reason, you will receive a S$1,500 refund.
• If you apply for admission to our school and your student is not offered a place within two terms, you will receive a S$1,500 refund.
• If you withdraw your student’s application before receiving an acceptance letter or a waitlist acceptance from our Admissions Team, you will receive a $1,500 refund.
• If you withdraw your student from the waitlist, you will not receive a refund.

English Language Assessment

An English language assessment is required for any student who is not a native English speaker or who has not completed a significant part of their educational learning in an English language setting. The S$250 language assessment fee is not refundable under any circumstance.

The re-enrollment fee is an annual fee paid by all students as a means of securing their place at International Community School (Singapore) for the following year. Current students are offered an opportunity to re-enroll and reserve their space in class by paying the re-enrollment fee each year. After the reenrollment period ends, students must reapply (and pay the application fee) to secure a space for the following school year.

Sibling Discount

In order to make it possible for each of your children to join the International Community School (Singapore) family, we are pleased to offer a 10% tuition discount starting from the third enrolled child at our school. This discount does not apply to families already receiving financial assistance from ICS or to families whose tuition is company-sponsored.

Financial Assistance

In line with our core values and our commitment to teaching within a Christian framework, we offer tuition assistance to children of full-time missionaries, pastors, and vocational Christian workers.

To be considered, complete the Financial Assistance Application and submit it along with an official compensation statement and a letter from your mission or church organization. All documents must be submitted by March 15 of every year.

As outlined in the application, we require a minimum of five service hours for every 10% tuition discount awarded.
