Wells International School strongly believes in providing a world-class, international education at a reasonable cost. Tuition costs are all-inclusive and do not contain any hidden fees or restrictions, and enrollments are accepted year-round. Additionally, we offer over one and a half million baht in scholarships to high-achieving students every year. Secondary students applying to Wells may qualify for incoming scholarships for excellence in academics, sports or the arts.

*School provided lunch is compulsory for students in Kindergarten and Primary school. If parents wish to provide students with their lunch (in special cases only), they must inform the administration for approval.

Terms and Conditions

Advance Payment

  • Any advance payments for the cost of the entire year’s tuition will receive a 3% discount (for 2nd semester only) on the tuition fees.

Late Entry

  • Student entering the school within the 1st 3 weeks of the semester will pay the full tuition fee.
  • For students entering the after the 1st 3 weeks of the semester, the tuition is calculated from the date of enrollment.

Late Payment

  • The tuition fee must be paid in full each semester; If the tuition fee is paid in
    • 2 installments : 5% additional charge
    • 3 installments : 6% additional service charge, calculate on the unpaid balance
  • All fees for the previous term must be paid before a student will be allowed to attend classes.

Overdue Policy

  • A late of 200 baht for each day past the due date will be added to the invoice.
  • All fees, including the application and assessment charges, must be paid within 2 weeks of the student being accepted.
  • Any student whose account is in arrears for more than one month will be suspended until the
    payment is made.

Refund Policy

  • 80% of the fee will be refunded if a student withdraws prior to the beginning of the school term.
  • 50% of the fees will be refunded if a student withdraws between 1-21 days subsequent to the commencement of the school term.
  • 25% of the fee will be refunded if the student withdraws between 22-39 days subsequent to the commencement of the school term.
  • No refund will be given if a student withdraws after 40 or more days subsequent to the commencement of the school term.

Fees must be paid via check, credit card or bank transfer according to the instructions on the official invoice. Cash payment to the accountant is not acceptable. Credit card payments will incur an additional fee of 3% . Any refunds will be processed within 30 days of the submission of the official withdrawal form. Tuition fees are currently set to increase approximately 6-10% per academic year.
