Enrolment Fees

Assessment fee: 6,000 THB
This is a fee for any student applying to LANNA from pre-nursery to Year 13. In some year levels, the school assesses the potential students for suitability to enter the school, as well as ensuring the school is able to meet the needs of the child.

Registration Fee : 90,000 THB
This one-time fee is to cover the costs incurred when registering as a new student and is applicable for students entering pre-nursery to Year 13.

Equipment Deposit: 13,000 THB
This covers the cost of any books and equipment which may be lost or damaged during the course of the student's attendance at the school. This will be refunded upon the student leaving the school, less any costs that are required to be recovered.

The above fees are payable one time only for new students.

Students who leave the school and return more than 12 months after leaving will re-incur the above fees. The above fees (with the exception of the equipment deposit) are strictly non-refundable.

Tuition Fees:

NB The tuition fees include the cost of Year 1-9 external tests and all examination fees, including IGCSE, A/AS Levels in Secondary Level.

Additional Fees:
Mandatory Fees (Fees which have to be paid each year by all students and are strictly non-refundable):

Annual Capital Fee: 10,000 THB
This contributes to the school’s developments on both campuses. These fees may also pay for replacing capital items that have served their useful life or have become archaic.

PTO Contribution (per student) 650 THB
This goes to the Parent, Teachers Organisation and is managed by this organisation to both provide a link between the school and the parents and also enable highly valued work and contributions to the school.

Accident Insurance Supplement - Mandatory 1,200 THB
Whilst the school makes every effort to maintain the safety for all students. This helps to contribute towards the cost incurred associated with any accidents whilst attending the school.

Additional Notes:
Tuition fee Sibling Discounts

• “Sibling” is defined as a dependent of the same parent(s) or legal guardian(s). This includes biological siblings, step-brothers and half-brothers.
• The following discounts will be given to families who have 2 or more children attending LANNA at any one time. If one or more subsequent sibling joins or leaves LANNA during the Academic year, the discounts shall be reapplied accordingly on the date they commence/leave:
  • 1st Child No Discount
  • 2nd Child 10%
  • 3rd Child 15%
• The above discounts will be applied automatically by LANNA upon confirmation of a seat at LANNA. Admissions will confirm the sibling status to the finance department who will raise the invoice in accordance with the above.
• The discounts will be removed if the account becomes “delinquent” as per the “Tuition and Fee payment” policy and full tuition fees will become payable.
• Any other discounts applied, will be calculated after deducting the sibling discount first.

Important Notes

• All enrollment fees must be paid within 10 days to guarantee placement at the school for the  academic year, along with a 40,000 Baht initial payment, which will be deducted from the first tuition fee invoice.
• All tuition fees must be paid and received by the financial office by:
  • Semester 1 – Friday 7 th June .
  • Semester 2 – Friday 13 th December .
• For students joining during the academic year, the tuition fee for the relevant semester must be paid at least 5 working days before they start. If the student starts school within 5 days of enrolment, tuition fees must be paid the day prior to commencing.
• The fees for students commencing during the academic year will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. The calculation will be the number of school days left in the year divided by 180 (the total number of school days during the year).
• All payments received after the dates specified in notes 2 and 3 above will automatically incur a 10% late payment fee of the outstanding amount.
• Payment plans will be considered but require approval by the Finance & Accountancy Manager at least 5 days prior to the start of the student's first day of school and will incur a 5% one-time surcharge.
• Refunds of tuition fees can only be claimed on the basis specified below. No other refunds will be given:
  • 70% of the tuition fees will be refundable if a student withdraws prior to the beginning of the school semester.
  • 50% of the tuition fees will be refundable if a student withdraws between 1-20 days subsequent to the commencement of the school semester.
  • 20% of the tuition fees will be refundable if a student withdraws between 21-40 days subsequent to the commencement of the school semester.
  • No refund will be given if a student withdraws after 40 days or more days subsequent to the commencement of the school semester.
• Library books, textbooks and equipment which have been loaned to a student and identified as either lost or damaged, will result in an invoice being raised to the parent, which will be required to be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay the invoice or return the book/equipment borrowed (if identified as lost) within this time will result in an automatic deduction from the student’s equipment deposit.
