Tuition & Fees

*All payable upon submission of application for admission form.
All are non-refundable.

Deposit (Refundable)

• An equivalent of one term's tuition fee is required as deposit (refer to the Fee Schedule table below).
• Note: Refunds are available provided with a one term’s written notice of withdrawal is given in advance.

Tuition Fee & Technology Fee

• AISM has 4 terms in an academic year, which runs from January to December.
• These are invoiced every quarterly, except for Year 12 which has only three (3) terms.
• All fees must be paid on or before the first day of each term.

Sibling Discount

Family (Sibling) Discount

Siblings are entitled to a discount on the Admission Fee. It is only applicable to siblings who are still studying in the school. A sibling is defined as a legal brother or sister of a child enrolled in the school.

Admission Fee is waived for one ELC student with siblings paying Admission Fee in the school.

Payment Method

Method 1:

Online or telegraphic transfer

• A bank transfer may be made to the School’s bank account.
• For overseas transfer, please include an additional amount in view of foreign exchange and bank charges. These are borne by the Sender.

Method 2:

Overseas Payments via Flywire

AISM has partnered with Flywire to allow you to pay seamlessly using your overseas account or credit card. With Flywire you can:

• Save on bank fees
• Track your payments from start to finish
• Contact their multi-lingual customer service team

Method 3:

Cheque, Bank Draft or Money Order

• State the student’s full name, class and student ID and payer contact number at the reverse side of the cheque, bank draft or money order.
• Cheques, bank drafts or money orders must be drawn from a Malaysian Bank in Malaysian Currency.
• Parents may drop the cheque, bank draft or money order into the cheque drop box located at the Finance Collection Counter during office hours.

Method 4:

Credit or Debit Card

• Parents may pay for their child’s annual school fees in advance at the beginning of the first term using a credit or debit card, via our convenient online Cashless System. By paying for a full year’s fees in advance, you can also enjoy a 3% rebate on Term 2, Term 3 and Term 4 tuition fees.
