Our Tuition Fees

Application Fees
A non-refundable Application Fee of 4,500,000 VND is payable upon submission of an Application Form to the school. This fee is to cover the administrative costs of each application.

Registration Fees
A non-refundable Registration Fee of 70,800,000 VND is payable when the offer of a school place is accepted by parents. The Registration Fee is paid only once and guarantees the place for the student. The acceptance of a school place is not confirmed until the Registration Fee has been paid. The Registration Fee for the Foundation Stage is 23,600,000 VND. When a child moves from the Foundation Stage to the Primary school the difference in Registration Fee at the time of enrolment will be payable.

Security Deposit
A payment of 23,600,000 VND per child is required as a Security Deposit when the child joins the school. This deposit will be refunded when the child leaves the school provided 90 calendar days’ notice is given in writing to the school. If parents do not submit the Withdrawal Notification Form to the school 90 days before the student’s last school day then the school has no obligation to return the deposit. This deposit is only applied for Primary & Secondary students. When a child moves from the Foundation Stage to the Primary school the Security Deposit will be payable.

Payment of Tution Fee
Parents are responsible for the payment of the applicable school fees before the student can attend school classes. This responsibility cannot be delegated to a company. All Tuition Fees are invoiced in VND and are payable in VND unless the payment originates outside of Vietnam, in which case a USD bank transfer at the prevailing bank exchange rate is acceptable.

Other Fees and Discounts
Additional EAL Fees The school is able to provide limited English as an Additional Language (EAL) support for children from Foundation Stage 3 who are non-native English speakers for which an extra fee is payable. The level of support needed is determined by the EAL department following assessment and will fall under one of the three tiers below:

Discounts: A family discount of 10% is applicable on Tuition Fees of the third and subsequent child/children of a family with three or more children enrolled in the school. Family discount does not apply to children enrolled in Fundinotots.

Withdrawal amc Refund of Fees
It is the parents’ responsibility to complete the school’s standard Withdrawal Notification Form and to submit it to the campus office at least 90 calendar days prior to the child’s last day at school. When the child leaves at the end of any term, the 90 day period shall be counted up to the last school day of that term only. This will ensure the refund policy is applied and school reports are issued.

Application Stage
After completing your application, there will be a non-refundable Application Fee of 3,500,000 VND per child. This fee covers the administrative costs of your application, as well as our age-appropriate entrance assessments (if required).

Enrolment stage
If your child is successful in receiving a place, you'll need to formally accept it in writing. You'll also need to agree to our terms and conditions and pay a one-off, non-refundable Registration Fee of 70,800,000 VND.
The Registration Fee for the Foundation Stages is 23,600,000 VND. When a child moves from Foundation Stage 3 to Year 1 (primary), you'll need to make up the difference in Registration Fee cost.

Before your child starts school

• You will be required to pay a security deposit of 23,600,000 VND, which will be refunded to you if your child leaves our school, provided you’ve given us 90 days' written notice.
• You can pay your child's tuition fees on an annual or termly basis.
• Both tuition fees (annual or termly) and the security deposit must be paid in full before your child's first day at school.
