All tuition and fees are adjusted based on the national cost of living adjustment index. Estimates of some costs in VND are based on current currency exchange rates. Due to inflation and fluctuations in exchange rates, actual costs may differ.

In order to ensure the adequate allocation and preparation of resources for a student’s education at APU International School, the school requires the timely payment of tuition and other associated fees. The payment of these fees ensures that the school can continue to maintain the same high quality of service from year to year as well as make improvements to facilities and the program curriculum.

English Proficiency Testing Fee and Application Fee

• VND 3,000,000 per student.
• This is a one-time fee payable when the application is submitted enrollment.
• This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable

Tuition Payment Schedule

Pre KG to Grade 5

• A school year consists of two semesters: Fall and Spring.
• Tuition and fees are to be payable before due date.
• Tuition fee for Summer Session will be announced before the end of school year.

Deposit Fee

• VND 30,000,000
• For students returning to APU International School and any new students enrolling before the beginning of the school year, a deposit of VND 30,000,000 is required.
• Please note: For new students, an application fee is payable upon submission of their applications and the deposit is payable when enrollment in the school is confirmed.
• The deposit will be paid prior the beginning of the school year (April 15).
• The deposit will be credited against tuition during the first invoice of the new academic year.
• The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable

Other Fees

Uniforms

• Uniform: VND 750,000/set
• PE uniform: VND 400,000/set

Lunch Meals

Breakfast, Lunch and Snack

• Full payment: VND 19,000,000/year
• Refunds will be provided only for full semester of non-usage with a ten-day advance notice.

School Bus

This fee is for students who select to take the transportation contracted by the school. This fee may be paid on a semester basis. Refunds will be provided only for full semesters of non-usage with a ten-day advance notice.

Housing

• VND 50,000,000/semester/student + VND 4,500,000 deposit (deposit will be refunded if students keep dormitory property in good condition).
• This fee isforstudents who select to stay in the school dormitory. It may be paid on a semester basis. Refunds will be provided only for a full semester of non-usage with a ten-day advance notice.

Material learning fee
According to school regulations, students must pay a fee of $200 USD including books, reference materials, online materials, and software provided by the school's teachers during the school year in accordance with the school's regulations. In addition to renting books, students can purchase them at the school library if the workbooks must be written in person. Students are in the English Language Development Program will need to pay the textbook separately at the time they get the level test.

Transcript

• VND 350,000/transcript.
• Transcript requests will take 4-6 weeks working days toprocess.
• Transcripts will be made available after all fees are cleared by all departments.

Late Payment Policy

Tuition and fees are to be paid by the invoice due date. Please refer to the payment form for more details. Late payment penalties shall be applied as follow:

• After 15 days beyond the invoice due date: 10% penalty applied.
• After 30 days beyond the invoice due date: in addition to the 10% penalty, all student records will be withheld by the school and the Principal may dismiss the student(s).

Refund Procedures for Tuition: The tuition will not be refunded after the student has started the enrolled program.
