The fees for Cargilfield are set annually by the Governors in June. The Governors seek to strike a balance between keeping fees to a minimum and allowing the school to offer the very best education to each child. In order to minimise the expenses associated with the collection of fees, we would like to encourage all parents to participate in the direct debit scheme which consists of twelve payments across the year.

Nursery Mornings
(inclusive of lunch): £2,475 per term
Afternoons (inclusive of lunch): £2,475 per term
All day (includes all meals): £4,145 per term
Occasional afternoons by arrangement: £60 per session
There are no compulsory extras and parents receive notice of all additional costs.
Pre-Prep
Primary 1, 2 and 3: £4,255 per term
Additional charges (Nursery and Pre-Prep)
Early Bird Club: £6.00 per session
After School Club from: £12.50 to £20 per session
Upper School
Weekly boarders: £8,410 per term
Day pupils - Form 4 and above: £6,865 per term
Additional charges (Upper School)
Flexi-boarding £50 per night
Boarding weekends: £120 per weekend
External camps £165 per weekend
Fee concessions are available as follows
Third & subsequent children: 25%
Service Personnel: 15%
Please note that only one concession is available for each child and applies to fees only, not any additional charges. Fee concessions for Nursery children only apply if the child attends the Nursery full time, five days per week.
All school fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each term with each term’s additional charges billed in arrears. Interest is charged at 2% per month on any outstanding fees; and monthly thereafter.
